These terms apply to everyone who reads or uses e-Resource Guide. By using the site you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please take a couple of minutes.
1. What the site offers
e-Resource Guide publishes articles about money, work, household upkeep, technology, travel, cars and legal basics. The content is general information for a broad audience. It is not tailored to anyone's personal situation.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, insurance, electrical or mechanical advice. Our writers are not licensed advisers and do not act as such. Before making a decision that affects your money, health, safety, property or legal position, speak to a suitably qualified professional who can look at your circumstances.
3. Safety is your call
Some articles describe tasks around the home or car, such as cleaning with chemical products, using tools or checking parts of a vehicle. Always read product labels and manufacturer instructions, use the protective equipment they recommend and stop if a job feels beyond your skills. Rules on things like rentals, waste disposal and vehicles vary between countries, states and cities; check what applies locally.
4. Accuracy and updates
We work hard to keep articles correct when published and revise them when we learn of changes. 7. Links to other sites
Articles occasionally link to outside websites for further context. Their content, uptime and handling of personal data are outside our control and our responsibility. An outbound link is a pointer for further reading, never a seal of approval from the e-Resource Guide desk.
8. No accounts or purchases
The site has no user accounts, payments or subscriptions. If anyone contacts you claiming to sell an e-Resource Guide membership or service, it is not us.

10. Changes
When e-Resource Guide adds or drops a feature, this page gets revised to match. The current version is always the one on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
