Contact

The simplest way to reach us is by email at team@e-resourceguide.com. A real person on the team reads every message, usually within a few working days. We are a small group, so a reply can take longer during busy weeks, but nothing gets thrown away unread.

Good reasons to write

  • A correction. A rule has changed, a menu in an app looks different now, or a step in one of our guides no longer works. These messages go straight to the top of the pile.
  • A question for a future article. If you have been searching for a plain answer and could not find one, there is a fair chance others are stuck too. Many of our guides, including the one on negotiating a salary, started this way.
  • Something unclear. If a paragraph confused you, tell us which one. A second explanation often makes the page better for everyone.
  • Privacy requests. Questions about personal data, as described in our data protection statement.

What we cannot do

We are writers, not advisers. We are not able to review your pension statement, recommend a specific investment, tell you whether a contract is fair, diagnose a car fault from a description or say whether a patch of mold in your home is dangerous. For questions like these, a qualified professional who can see the details is the right person.

We also do not accept:

  • guest articles sent as finished drafts;
  • attachments from unknown senders.

Keep it safe

Please leave out sensitive personal information. We never need bank or card numbers, account passwords, identity documents, tax files or medical records, and we will never ask for them. If someone claiming to be from e-Resource Guide asks you for such details, it is not us.

No phone or postal address

We work remotely as a small team and handle everything by email. That keeps things simple, gives us time to look into your question properly and leaves a written record of any correction we make.

Before you write

Some questions come up often enough that we have answered them on a separate page. A quick look at Answers to Common Questions may save you the wait.

This opens your email app with the message ready to send to team@e-resourceguide.com. Nothing is stored on this site.

Handy to mention

Details that speed up a reply

You do not need all of these, but each one shortens the time to a useful reply.

  • A link to the page or the article title
  • Which step, sentence or table row you mean
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead
  • Your country or state, if the question depends on local rules
  • Nothing private: no account numbers, passwords or ID documents

Quick replies

Three quick answers

How long until I hear back?

Usually a few working days. Corrections are handled first, and longer questions may take a little more time.

Can you look at my bills or contract?

We cannot review personal documents or give individual advice. A qualified professional who can see the details is the right choice.

Do guides link to outside companies?

Some do. A link is not a recommendation, so check reviews, prices and terms before you hand over any money.
